    Damien and I live in a Barcelona neighbourhood called Gracia that used to be a town of its own until the early 1900s when the posh Eixample neighbourhood (Catalan for extension) was planned and constructed, connecting Old Barcelona with the towns that surrounded it. During Gracia's annual week-long summer street party in August, the residents of the various streets compete for the award of best decorations. This pedestrian street is only one block long and it always has such amazing decorations. I loved the butterflies.
