  1. The trees are all yearning for the sea. Kinda like me when I am landlocked for too long.

  2. ContextWe drove along the south west coast of Sardinia from Cagliari one day. The road goes along the sea and there are a number of little beaches where you can pull off and checked things out. These trees were standing like a family, heading to the beach. It reminds me of that chapter, "Four Skinny Trees" in The House On Mango Street, except that these are sort of dreamier.
